At Wallace Performance, every custom exhaust is hand-fabricated in-house from high-grade T304 stainless steel. We start by assessing your car, your power goals, and the sound you want. Then we build a system that bolts straight on with no fettling required. Our mandrel-bent pipework keeps flow smooth, our V-band and slip-joint construction makes maintenance easy, and our custom tips finish the look. From a subtle cat-back upgrade to a full turbo-back screamer, we have the tools and the welders to make it happen.

Our Process
Consultation and Design
We discuss your goals, budget, and sound preference. A design is sketched and agreed before fabrication starts.
Template and Fabrication
Our fabricator builds the system from T304 stainless, using mandrel bends and precision TIG welding throughout.
Test Fitting
The system is test-fitted on your car to check clearance, tip position, and ease of installation.
Final Installation
Once approved, the system is fully installed with fresh gaskets, clamps, and any required hangers.
Sound Check and Dyno
We road-test for sound and, where appropriate, dyno the car to confirm the exhaust is delivering power gains.
